The theory behind Vitamin K is that it is a blood thickener and if your blood is thicker it won't cause bleed outs in the veins. It can work. You may also want to do something to protect your veins like using Horse Chesnut, Bioflavinoids and/or Butcher's Broom to help circulation to your legs and in the long run prevent varicose veins. Message your legs after long days and work outs and when you rest put your legs at an angle higher than your heart. Wear support hose and stockings. Do it while your young so your legs won't be so bad later.

no, it won't help. i have this problem too... it's largely genetic and there really isn't much you can do about it.

vitamin K helps your body coagulate, and spider and varicose veins are the result of weak valves in the veins, so it's a physical problem not a blood problem.

try using full support pantyhose and lie with your legs up on a wall for 10 minutes before bed every day. it may not help the appearance much but it will help with the discomfort and pressure.

otherwise, the only way to get rid of them is getting them zapped. i am 24 and i'm getting a few zapped next month.
