Dear Friend,
I feel your pain. I have over 50 food allergies. Which include many of the things you listed. I sat down & made a list of Don't & Do's kept it with me at the store when shopping. Once you get it down you'll be able to shop & cook well for yourself.
I'm giving you a site the has veggie sources of protiens Some you be able to do & some you won't. It's by Dr. John McDougall. He also has a free newsletter full of health tips, recipes etc.
I hope this helps. I see other answers that give you things that include what you can't have. They only see the surface of your problem. This is not a easy problem to navigate.

I would suggest that you talk with a dietician. They can help you plan a diet for you based upon your health concerns and medications you are currently on. Good luck!

Can you have beans?

Black beans, white beans, pinto beans are my favorite.

My girls like kidney beans, light red and dark red.

beans have protein and fiber.

Can you have onions and bell peppers?

There are recipes that tell how you can make veggies burgers or patties from kidney beans, but you can make them out of any beans.

The one I've used in the past:
Kidney beans, onion, pepper, egg, flour, bbq sauce.

Mash up the beans, egg, 1 - 2 Tbsp flour, and 1/4 cup bbq sauce.

Heat oil in a skillet and cook the diced onion and pepper until tender.

Add them to the bean mixture. make patties and cook like you would a hamburger. The bbq sauce is optional you could season with other seasoings, like taco seasoning, red pepper if you like hot food, etc.

I've also used blackeyed peas instead of kidney beans.

Can you have sweet potatoes - I like sweet potatoes

Can you have carrots and cauliflower?

The key to making these foods taste good is seasonings.

I'm not very good at trying new things with seasonings.

I like red pepper, soul seasoning, salt, pepper, bbq seasoning, parika (spelling?)...

My new seasoning is garlic powder. I've liked it on toasted bread, but I like it sprinkled on food too.

Best of Luck.

Hope this helps.

Make spreads and stir frys out of beans - there are tons to choose from. Try lentils also for stews. And try to incorporate peas and green beans, since you can eat those, into a lot of your meals . . . pea soup, for example is a good way to eat peas without literally sitting down and eating a bunch of peas. Sounds like corn products are OK? Cornbread, corn chowder, tortillas. Also try to use oatmeal and oat flour.

Good luck!
