I never heard of applying Vitamin K … I have heard of taking it orally and it helps like Vitamin C.

Vitamin K is the clotting factor in blood. Don’t know of any cream that contains it.

i use vitamin e…

Green tea is an excellent source of Vitamin K, and it can help the look of your skin in that it helps your cardiovascular system, resulting in better blood flow to the skin. You can’t get a supplement without a prescription, but spinach, cauliflower, and green tea are excellent ways to include in a balanced diet.
