From the brief example of problems that you gave it sounds like sun damage or rosecea. I work for a dermatology group in KY. There are several topical prescriptions that will help with the redness. But, the only cure for the broken blood vessels (spider veins) is a laser treatment. I recommend saving up your money for the treatments instead of buying over the counter products because the vitamins and creams won’t fix the damage. Be sure to apply sunscreen SPF 15 or great daily because the more sun you get the more broken blood vessels you will continue to get.
