why does one have to change their diet, just because of medication?

BELIEVE IT OR NOT BUT WITH SOME FOODS YOU MAY GET A ACUTE CASE OF FOOD POISONING. FROM WHAT YOU DESCRIBED SO FAR, IT SOUNDS AS THOUGHT YOU HAVE A CASE OF DIVERTICULITIS.
