(Almost) no foods. You ‘make’ it in your intestines.

It is not water soluble and therefore can only be ‘digested’ if it is in fatty substances. Eating vegetables for their Vit-K content may sound great… does not work.

Deep green vegetables, like spinach, kale and collard greens, contain the highest amounts of vitamin K. A variety of other fruits and vegetables also make the high list. Liver, bacon and butter are also good sources of this vitamin, but you should avoid them because of their high cholesterol and fat content.

Kale Mustard, collard and turnip greens Lettuce
Spinach Cabbage Broccoli
Red leaf lettuce Coleslaw Sauerkraut

Food Moderately High in Vitamin K:

Green peas Green Beans
Asparagus Cucumber (dill pickle)

Foods Low in Vitamin K:

Apple and applesauce Orange Potato
Peach Strawberry and blueberries Oats
Banana Tomato Bread
Raisin Carrot Rice

Spinach. That’s all I know. Sorry.
