what to do about vitamin K?

vitamin K
fallenfairy asked:

i have done research and found that the vitamin K in leafy greens such as lettuce ,cabbage, spinach, and swiss chard could help reduce your risk of joint damage and arthritis. since i am young and i already have arthritis in my wrist i would like to prevent any further damage but my issue is i CANT eat salads cabbage or any leafy stuff makes me bloated gassy and a few other things that would be too graphic to explain. any idea on how i can get the vitamin K without eating the leafy greens?

The “K” stands for KILL!!

Get a supplement from GNC or a similar store.

There are a lot of pharmaceutical companies that have supplements, for eg. Vitamin C supplements. Check it out.

No problem! You can pick up Vitamin K supplements at nearly any drugstore, Walmart, Target, etc. You can usually find them in tablets as well as gel caps for about $6 or $7 for a month supply.

If you eat the leafy greens take beano before( and there’ll be no gas HeHeHe, sorry )
Get approximately 20 minutes of sun in the morning too.
But nothing assures you to get the vitamin than buying the supplement in the store…

u can eat leafy stuff & to prevent bloating swallow a tea spoon of crushed cumin it really works or u can buy charcoal tablets from the drug store its also effective
