What children’s vitamin has the most vitamins and minerals?

I usually buy Flinstones but noticed children’s Centrum had Vitamin K (Flinstones did not) and Centrum had Molybdenum (Flinstones did not). However, Flinstone’s had Choline and Centrum did not.

I would call a pediatricians office and ask them they might be able to give you a vitamin that you haven’t even thought of or know about…
Half of a Flintstone is 100% for kids under a certain age.
Research the missing vitamins/minerals and see what is contained in the foods that they eat on the regular.
Flinstones worked for me for many years! But so did Mom’s cooking….
