I don’t see any problems, but I don’t know much about some of these ingredients. The main stuff in it is organic, which is good because there will be no harmful chemicals in it.

The best diet for parakeets is a combination of a good seed mix and pellets for nutrition that your keets really need. Make sure the pellets and the seeds are intended for parakeets or parakeet-sized birds.

If you still have concerns about it, or would like a reccomendation about a good food for your keets, talk to an avian vet.

It sounds OK for an extruded food.
For your bird’s diet to be complete you will still need to add fruits and veggies.
In addition, some birds do not like pellet or extruded food, even though it is good for them. If your birds like it, that is great. Otherwise you may need to find one they like.

And of course you should give some special treats once in a while. My Quaker loves cooked pasta, lukewarm soup , and canned veggies such as corn or peas !!

Meat is giving very sparingly, but helps by providing protein during molting.

Sounds good, but don’t think this excuses you from providing fruits and veggies, they are really impotant! But otherwise that looks fine. More organic stuff then chemicals with nutrients. Looks fine, but don’t forget the fruits and veggies.
