DO NOT TAKE VITAMIN K without know what the real problem is.

your body makes vitamin K in the gut and deficiencies are rare; unless of course you have been on antibiotics for 1 month or more. If that's the case then you need to take an acidophillus not vitamin K.

Bruising easily is also a symptom of a deficiency in Vitamin C.
What are the rest of your symptoms, I need to see the big picture.

DO NOT TAKE A VITAMIN K SUPPLEMENT!!

Bruising can also be a sign of other deficiencies, including iron, B vitamins and vitamin C. If you have another reason to believe you need Vit. K, such as spontaneous bleeding or more than normal bleeding from a minor cut, try Alfalfa tablets, capsules or tea, available at health food stores. Or eat more leafy greens, even iceburg lettuce.

If you are also feeling tired and moody, you might ask your health care provider to test for anemia.

If you are on any meds, ask your physician before taking vitamin K. You might be countering your prescription.

Vitamin K is actually produced in the body, but you need the appropriate foods and bacteria to make it. Try using a probiotic supplement for a few weeks- I like to do a 3 week cycle once a year- and add more leafy greens to your diet. Things like kale, spinach and arugula have the needed "building blocks" to produce vitamin K.

Sources of Vitamin K
Vitamin K is found chiefly in leafy green vegetables, particularly the dark green ones such as spinach and kale; Brassica (e.g. cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, and brussels sprouts) are also high in Vitamin K as are some fruits such as avocado and kiwifruit. By way of reference, two tablespoons of parsley contain 153% of the recommended daily amount of vitamin K. Some vegetable oils, notably soybean, contain vitamin K, but at levels that would require relatively large caloric consumption to meet the USDA recommended levels.

Phylloquinone (vitamin K1) is the major dietary form of vitamin K.

Centrum Silver has Vitamin K.

You need a role model. Go to a dermatologist, they have creams to slow bruising.. Or just do this. Whatever you're eating and do on a daily basis, don't do it no more!!!
